Role overview
The Chief Growth Officer will be responsible for owning and accelerating overall business growth across all verticals, markets, and channels, This role is focused on revenue expansion, scalable growth systems, and market dominance working directly with the founder/leadership team. The CGO will lead growth across sales, partnerships, marketing, and expansion ensuring aggressive yet sustainable scaling of the business.
Key Responsibilities
● Own and drive end-to-end revenue growth across all business verticals
● Identify and scale high-performing growth channels (online + offline)
●Build and execute aggressive go-to-market (GTM) and expansion strategies
● Lead sales, marketing, partnerships, and growth teams
● Develop scalable systems for customer acquisition, retention, and monetization
● Identify new markets, products, and business opportunities for expansion
● Track performance metrics, optimize funnels, and drive data-backed decisions
● Build and manage key strategic partnerships and high-value deals
● Work closely with leadership on business strategy and long-term growth roadmap
● Bring structure, speed, and accountability across all growth functions
Key Requirements
● 5+ years of experience in growth, business, sales, or scaling roles
● Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth
● Strong leadership experience across multiple functions
● Deep understanding of GTM, scaling, and market expansion
● Ability to operate in high-pressure, high-growth environments
● Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capability
