We’re Hiring a CFO | Join Swastr (Early-Stage Startup)
Building something exciting in the fitness, sports, and D2C ecosystem — and now looking for a strategic CFO to join us on this journey.
At Swastr, we are creating a multi-vendor platform bringing together:
🏋️ Gyms & fitness centers
🏏 Sports & training academies
🛍️ D2C brands
✈️ Travel & experience providers
We’re at an early stage, which means high ownership, fast learning, and real impact.
💼 Role: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
📍 Location: Open / Flexible
📈 Stage: Early-stage startup
🔑 What you’ll do:
- Lead fundraising (Angel / Seed rounds)
- Build financial models, unit economics & pricing strategies
- Manage burn, runway & cost optimization
- Design marketplace monetization (commission, subscriptions, etc.)
- Set up financial systems, compliance & vendor payout structures
- Work closely with the founder on growth & expansion strategy
🎯 Who we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in finance / startups / consulting / IB
- Hands-on with financial modeling & fundraising
- Understands marketplace or platform businesses
- Builder mindset > corporate mindset
