🎬 We're Hiring | Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/Joint CFO — Connplex Cinemas Limited
Connplex Cinemas Limited, one of India's fastest-growing publicly listed multiplex chains, is looking for an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/Joint CFO to join our Board-level leadership team at our Ahmedabad headquarters.
🏦 About the Role
This is a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) designation reporting directly to the Managing Director & Board of Directors. The CFO will be the principal financial steward of the Company — owning strategy, compliance, investor relations, and capital markets at the highest level.
📌 What You'll Lead
✅ Full ownership of Finance — accounts, treasury, taxation & audit
✅ Listed company compliance — SEBI, LODR, Companies Act 2013 (BSE/NSE)
✅ Investor Relations — Earnings Calls, Analyst Days, Investor Meets & Roadshows
✅ Capital Markets — equity, debt, QIP, NCD fundraising
✅ Strategic Finance — M&A evaluation, financial modelling & Board advisory
✅ Risk Management & IFC framework
✅ Leading & building a high-performing Finance team
🎯 Who We're Looking For
* CA (strongly preferred) / CMA / MBA Finance from a premier institution
* 12–18 years of progressive Finance experience
* Minimum 5 years as CFO / Deputy CFO / VP Finance in a listed entity (BSE/NSE)
* Hands-on experience managing Investor Relations & presenting to institutional investors
* Deep expertise in Ind AS, SEBI LODR, Companies Act 2013
* Prior experience in Media, Entertainment, Retail or Hospitality is a plus
📍 Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (NHQ)
