Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic finance leader to drive financial performance, governance, and global operations. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping business strategy, managing financial risks, and ensuring compliance across multiple geographies and business units.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategy
• Oversee multi-location accounting operations and financial consolidation
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, Indian Accounting Standards, and regulatory frameworks
• Manage cross-border financial operations, taxation, and fund flows
• Strengthen internal controls, audit processes, and risk management frameworks
• Partner with leadership teams to drive profitability, cost optimization, and business growth
What We’re Looking For:
• 15+ years in Finance & Accounts with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong experience in international finance and multi-branch operations
• Deep understanding of accounting standards and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability in financial strategy, modeling, and decision support
