Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will oversee financial strategy, manage budgets, create and analyze financial reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities also include leading financial planning processes, improving reporting standards, and providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making and organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Financial Planning and overall Finance strategies
- Skilled in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
- Experience in generating and reviewing Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills for developing insights and forecasting
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of the music or entertainment industry is a plus
- CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is preferred
