Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role based in Bengaluru. The CFO will oversee financial planning, analyze and interpret financial data, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities also include preparing financial statements, developing corporate strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The individual will provide critical financial insights to guide executive decision-making and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Financial Planning and strategic budgeting
- Strong proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Deep understanding of Finance principles and practices
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of the manufacturing or electrical engineering industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) designations are preferred
