Role Description
We are looking for a strong finance professional for one of our portfolio companies.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can build systems, manage a team and bring financial visibility across a multi-business group.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has 7+ years of experience, with at least 3 years handling finance/accounts for a business with ₹50 crore+ turnover
* Has managed a finance/accounts team — the existing team is 8 people
* Is very strong on Zoho and can take ownership of Zoho implementation, processes, workflows, controls and reporting
* Can allocate work effectively, set timelines and ensure accountability within the team
* Can deliver weekly and monthly MIS across 5 business verticals
* Has a strong understanding of business performance, profitability, cash flows, receivables and costs
* Is comfortable working directly with the Promoter / Group MD
* Is genuinely hands-on with AI tools and has already implemented AI/automation in finance or reporting
* Is willing to continuously look for ways to make the finance function faster, smarter and more automated
* Has demonstrated stability and long-term commitment in previous organisations
Qualification: CA / CA Inter / M.Com / B.Com. MBA would be an added advantage.
Location: Mumbai
