Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will oversee the financial strategy and operations of the organization, including managing financial planning, analyzing financial strengths and weaknesses, and driving financial health. Daily responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading financial reporting processes, and implementing policies to optimize organizational performance. Collaboration with executive leadership to shape business strategies will be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance strategy development
- Strong expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
- Experience in Financial Reporting and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Strong Analytical Skills to drive insights and informed decision-making
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication abilities
- Proven experience in a senior financial management role
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CPA/CA is a plus)
