Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team in Bhiwandi.
The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations. This includes managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
The role requires close collaboration with senior management to drive business growth, improve financial performance, and ensure long-term financial stability.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in financial planning and strategic decision-making
- Proficiency in financial statements, reporting, and analysis
- In-depth knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and investments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in financial reporting and compliance
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- (MBA / CA / CFA preferred)
- Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role
- 15–20 years of experience in finance and accounting
- Manufacturing or packaging industry is a plus
