Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer role located in Mumbai. The Chief Financial Officer will oversee and direct all financial activities of the company, including financial planning, financial reporting, and the preparation and management of financial statements. The role involves analyzing financial data, providing strategic insights, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The CFO will also collaborate with the executive team to shape and execute the company’s financial vision and strategies.
Qualifications
- Ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with minimum of 20years experience
- In-depth knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards
- Strong Analytical Skills and a comprehensive understanding of financial data management
- Proven expertise in Finance, including corporate finance and budgeting
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on regulatory compliance and governance
- Experience in leadership roles with a track record of successfully managing financial teams
- Strong communication and decision-making skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
