Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at KNS Volvo is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support strategic business decisions. This role involves managing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and internal controls. The CFO will collaborate closely with senior leadership to evaluate investments, optimize profitability, and support long-term growth. Daily responsibilities also include leading the finance team, implementing financial systems and policies, and providing clear, data-driven insights to guide the dealership’s performance.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Planning skills to manage budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial initiatives.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial documentation.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Experience in automotive retail, dealership operations, or related industries is beneficial.
- Proficiency with financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills is preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in managing finance teams and collaborating with executive management.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
