Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and the development of actionable financial strategies to optimize resources.
- Proficiency in analyzing and preparing Financial Statements, ensuring transparency and accuracy in all documentation.
- Solid understanding of core Finance principles and Analytical Skills to support data-driven decision-making and forecasting.
- Experience in Financial Reporting, including creating detailed reports and presenting insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Proven leadership capabilities to manage a finance team and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software, compliance requirements, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a recognized professional certification such as CA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
- Experience in higher education institutions or the non-profit sector is a plus.
