Qualification: CA/CMA with minimum 10 years experience
Location: The position will be posted at Bengaluru; however, the incumbent will be stationed at Guwahati for approximately 7days per month. The role also entails travel across India and internationally for audit activities and client engagements, as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:
A. Enterprise Financial Leadership
- Financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, governance, compliance, audit, tax, and risk management.
- Project-based financial oversight across construction, consulting, and multi-sectoral engagements.
B. Strategic Business Partnering
- Revenue optimisation, margin improvement, working capital efficiency.
- Board reporting, MIS, and decision-support.
C. Financial Consulting & Advisory SBU
- Design, scale, and lead the Financial Consulting & Advisory SBU.
- Business development, client conversion, team building, and P&L ownership.
D. Financial Reporting, Control & Process Excellence
- Review project-related purchase orders, contracts, and invoices for accuracy and budget alignment in coordinaton with procurement teams.
- Provide financial insights to project managers to maintain financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement in cost control, reporting, and financial tracking processes
