Role Description
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee and manage the financial strategies and operations of Indigo Catering and Services Pvt Ltd. This full-time, on-site role is based in Patna, and involves responsibilities such as financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with necessary financial regulations. The CFO will collaborate with stakeholders to provide data-driven insights, oversee budgeting, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Additionally, the CFO will play a key role in ensuring sustainable financial growth aligned with the company's vision.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial planning, including the ability to create and oversee budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial initiatives.
- Strong expertise in analyzing and preparing financial statements to provide actionable insights and guide decision-making.
- Deep understanding of finance and analytical skills to assess risks, identify opportunities, and develop strategies for financial growth.
- Experience in financial reporting, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA/CPA or similar qualification is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide financial teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven track record in maintaining operational and financial excellence within the corporate environment.
