Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role based in Gurugram. The CFO will oversee the company's financial strategy, manage financial planning and analysis, prepare and review financial statements, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Additional responsibilities include budget management, optimizing financial performance, and providing strategic recommendations to support business growth and sustainability. The CFO will also lead and mentor the finance team to maintain strict financial oversight and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Financial Planning and financial statement preparation
- Strong expertise in Finance and Analytical Skills
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Exceptional leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
- Proven track record in budget management and developing growth-oriented financial strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA designation is preferred
- Experience in managing finance operations within the manufacturing or retail industry is a plus
- Chartered Accountant (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), New Delhi
