Role Description
This is a contract-based, remote Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, developing financial strategies, and managing financial planning processes. Key duties include preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations, providing insights for financial decision-making, and overseeing financial reporting to support the organization's growth. The CFO will work closely with leadership to align financial goals with business objectives and ensure the financial health of the organization.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Strategic Forecasting
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Reports
- Strong foundation in Finance and Analytical Skills for decision support
- Experience in Financial Reporting and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in overseeing financial operations in a startup or FinTech environment is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is advantageous
