Easy Cater is looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and contribute to our rapid business growth. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive financial planning, ensure compliance, and support high-level decision-making.
Job Overview
As the CFO, you will be responsible for managing the company’s financial actions, including planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting. You will play a key role in shaping the company’s future through data-driven insights and financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and investments
• Ensure compliance with all financial, legal, and regulatory requirements
• Manage audits, taxation, and statutory compliances
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and leadership team
• Establish and monitor financial KPIs and MIS reporting systems
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Optimize costs and improve operational efficiency
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
Required Qualifications & Skills
• CA Qualification Mandatory
• 12–13 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
• Strong experience handling high-turnover organizations
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and corporate finance
• Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and audit processes
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
• Experience in scaling businesses will be an added advantage
