Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Delhi, India, responsible for overseeing the financial strategy and integrity of EAGLE HUNTER SOLUTIONS LTD. The CFO will lead financial planning and budgeting processes, manage cash flow, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for all business units and group companies. This role includes supervising the preparation of financial statements, monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements, and establishing robust internal controls. The CFO will partner with senior leadership to evaluate business opportunities, support strategic initiatives, and drive sustainable growth in line with the company’s global expansion goals. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve managing finance teams, liaising with external auditors, advisors, and banking partners, and providing clear financial insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance, including Financial Planning and Financial Reporting, with the ability to develop and execute long-term financial strategies.
- Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting Financial Statements, supported by advanced Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Extensive experience leading finance functions in multi-branch or multi-entity organizations, preferably in security, manpower, services, or related industries.
- Proven ability to design and implement internal controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance processes aligned with local and international regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including team management, cross-functional collaboration, and the capacity to influence senior stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of financial systems, ERP tools, and reporting software; comfort with leveraging technology to improve financial efficiency.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, CPA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent, with a strong track record in senior finance roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly to non-financial partners.
