Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Oversee preparation of financial statements and reports
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital
- Monitor financial performance and key metrics
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Handle taxation, audits, and regulatory compliance
- Support business decisions with financial insights and analysis
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and stakeholders
- Evaluate investments, funding, and expansion opportunities
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
- Improve cost control and profitability
- Drive internal controls and financial systems efficiency
- Collaborate with leadership for overall business growth
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CA / CPA / CFA or MBA (Finance) preferred
- 12–15+ years of experience in finance, with leadership roles
- Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and reporting
