Role Description
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee all financial activities, including strategic financial planning, preparation of financial statements, and financial reporting. The CFO will analyze financial data to drive actionable insights and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhavnagar, where the CFO will collaborate with leadership to develop financial strategies that align with the organization's goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance
- Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and developing insights
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial domain
- Leadership capabilities with excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree or CPA/CA certification preferred)
- Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
