Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in Canada & Australia. The CFO will lead the financial strategy and planning for the organisation. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and analysing financial statements, overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and optimising resource allocation to support key business objectives. The CFO will liaise with leadership teams and stakeholders to implement sound financial practices and drive organisational growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting processes
- Strong expertise in Financial Statements and Finance management
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage cross-functional teams
- MBA or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/CA is a plus)
- Proven industry experience in a similar leadership position
