Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at DigitalExcuse is responsible for overseeing all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities for the agency. This full-time, on-site role, based in Sikar, includes managing accounting operations, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial and regulatory standards. The CFO will develop and implement financial strategies that support business growth, optimize resource allocation, and improve profitability. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the finance team, preparing financial statements, supporting executive decision-making with data-driven insights, and collaborating with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Accounting skills, including financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Candidates should possess Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to oversee financial processes and support operational efficiency.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Relevant experience in financial leadership, such as serving in senior finance or CFO roles within a growth-oriented organization.
- Proficiency with financial software, data analysis tools, and advanced Excel skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to develop financial strategies, manage risk, and support long-term business planning.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work on-site in Sikar in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
