Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abroad for a Chief Experience Officer. The Chief Experience Officer will drive the overall customer experience strategy, ensuring superior service delivery and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include designing and implementing customer-focused initiatives, overseeing user experience enhancements, optimizing service delivery processes, conducting strategic planning, and leading cross-functional teams to execute projects. The role also involves building strong client relationships and managing public relations efforts to promote an excellent brand image.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Customer Experience and User Experience (UX) design to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Strong skills in Strategic Planning and the ability to develop and implement long-term customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience in managing Public Relations and building strong client and stakeholder relationships for a positive organizational image.
  • Proficiency in Project Management to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and initiatives effectively.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Prior experience in the immigration or consultancy industry is an asset.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
