About the Opportunity
We are looking for a visionary and execution-driven business leader for a rapidly growing pharmaceutical organization with strong ambitions for long-term systemic growth.
The larger vision is to build a scalable and sustainable organization capable of achieving 5X growth over the next five years through operational excellence, market expansion, strategic product mix, and strong leadership.

Financial Acumen
- Strong understanding of P&L management, business planning, budgeting, and profitability
- Ability to balance aggressive growth with financial sustainability

Sales & Marketing Exposure
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical sales and market dynamics
- Experience in driving market expansion, business development, and commercial growth
