Located in the Pune Division, Blades of Glory attracts cricket enthusiasts from around the globe. The museum serves as both an educational and cultural hub, fostering a deeper appreciation for the sport and its iconic players.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will oversee overall operations, including strategic planning, business development, and financial management. Responsibilities include setting and driving the museum's vision and goals, managing a diverse team, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The CEO will also oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and an exceptional visitor experience.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance and Business Planning
- Proven experience in Operations Management and Strategic Planning
- Demonstrated success in Sales and developing revenue-generating strategies
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for cricket and an understanding of its cultural significance
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Experience working with museums or cultural institutions is an advantage
