I am reaching out because I am actively seeking an executive with a strong background in the Armed Forces Medical Corps to take the helm as CEO of our medical-tech footwear startup.
We are developing the भ Bha-Shaped shoe—an anatomically correct, thick-soled shoe featuring a proprietary "SIQ elastic kink" lacing system. Our business model relies on a decentralized, clinical point-of-sale network: we deploy diagnostic QR-scanning mats in clinics and gyms nationwide to drive targeted, data-backed shoe sales.
We currently have the core product architecture (lasts, insoles) established, and our operational plan is moving into the advanced R&D phase (partnering with established footwear hubs like FDDI/CLRI).
We are not looking for a traditional retail executive. We need a leader who understands large-scale logistics, high-stakes decision making, and the intersection of clinical authority and operational execution. The ideal CEO will drive our high-level strategy, manage critical health institutional partnerships, and oversee the scaling of our physical diagnostic network.
