About HR Stack
HRStack is a modern HRMS platform built to simplify payroll, recruitment, attendance tracking, and employee management for growing businesses.
Our product development is complete and the platform is ready. We are currently in the pre-launch stage, the website and product launch are pending. The company will be formally registered under MCA once we onboard the right CEO to lead the business forward.
We are a dedicated team of developers who have built the technology. Now, we are looking for a visionary leader to take HRStack to market.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer & Director who will lead the business, strategy, and growth of HRStack.
This is an equity-only opportunity suited for someone who believes in building from the ground up and scaling a SaaS product in the Indian market.
The CEO will be responsible for marketing, networking, partnerships, fundraising (if required), and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute go-to-market strategy
• Build brand positioning and marketing roadmap
• Lead sales strategy and customer acquisition
• Develop partnerships and business networks
• Represent HRStack in industry forums and investor discussions
• Drive company registration and compliance under MCA
• Build and lead future sales & marketing teams
• Shape long-term vision and business growth strategy
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Strong background in SaaS, HR Tech, or B2B sales
• Experience in marketing, networking, and strategic partnerships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with risk-taking ability
• Proven ability to drive revenue and business growth
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Based in India with strong business network preferred
