# Key Responsibilities
## 1. Strategic Leadership
* Define and implement the company’s long-term vision, growth strategy, and business objectives
* Identify and evaluate new real estate investment, acquisition, and development opportunities
* Drive expansion across residential, commercial, retail, and land development segments
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and economic conditions to support strategic decision-making
* Strengthen the organization’s brand positioning and market leadership
## 2. Business Development & Growth
* Build strategic partnerships with investors, developers, brokers, consultants, and government authorities
* Lead negotiations for major land acquisitions, joint ventures, and large-scale development projects
* Drive sales growth, revenue generation, and business profitability
* Explore new business opportunities and expansion into emerging markets
## 3. Operational Oversight
* Oversee end-to-end real estate operations including development, construction, sales, leasing, and property management
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards
* Improve operational efficiency and strengthen execution capabilities across departments
* Monitor overall project performance and resolve operational challenges effectively
## 4. Financial Management
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and investment strategies
* Ensure strong profitability, healthy cash flow management, and optimum ROI across projects
* Work closely with finance teams on funding strategies, cost optimization, and investor relations
* Present financial and operational performance reports to the Board and stakeholders
## 5. Leadership & Team Management
* Build, mentor, and lead high-performing leadership and operational teams

# Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or related field
