The CEO will lead the overall operations, strategy, and growth of the organization, ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and market expansion within the rubber manufacturing industry.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement business strategies that align with the company's objectives
- Manage comprehensive operations including production, supply chain, and quality assurance
- Lead initiatives to increase revenue and broaden market reach
- Handle financial planning, budgeting processes, and cost efficiency efforts
- Recruit, develop, and guide high-performing teams and senior executives
- Ensure adherence to all legal, safety, and environmental standards
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Analyze industry developments and pursue continuous improvement opportunities

Qualifications & Experience:
