- Minimum 10+ years of experience in leadership roles, preferably as a CEO in the travel & tourism industry
- Proven track record of scaling businesses and driving revenue growth
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, operations, and business development
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of travel trends, international markets, and customer experience
