Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for the position of Chief Executive Officer. The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, managing organizational operations, and driving business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include formulating policies, overseeing financial operations, building partnerships, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and representing the company in major business decisions. The CEO will also oversee teams, assess performance metrics, and work to secure contracts and opportunities with key stakeholders such as Indian Railways.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and strategic management skills, including decision-making and team-building capabilities.
- Experience in business development, relationship management, and negotiating contracts.
- Understanding of the railway sector, particularly in signaling, telecommunication, and related fields.
- Ability to oversee budgets, financial planning, and operational efficiency.
- Exceptional communication and public speaking skills to represent the company effectively.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with experience in driving business success.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, management, or a related field; advanced degrees such as an MBA are preferred.
- Proven prior experience in a senior executive or leadership role, preferably within the transportation or infrastructure sector.
