Role Description
Sentini Bioproducts is seeking a Chief Executive Officer for their headquarters in Hyderabad reporting to Vice charman of Board of Directors.. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role that involves overseeing the organization’s operations, driving business planning, and ensuring strategic alignment with company goals. The CEO will collaborate with senior leadership to enhance financial performance, lead sales initiatives, manage day-to-day operations, and develop strategies for growth and innovation while upholding the values and vision of the company.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Alcohol industry and Management of Alcohol producing units as Head of operations stleast for 5 years.
- Strong capabilities in Sales and Strategic Planning to drive growth and innovation
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a history of managing and developing diverse teams
- Ability to develop and maintain strong suppliers relationships at all levels
- Proficiency in decision-making and problem-solving in a high-growth business environment
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields preferred
- 25 years Experience in reputed ENA / ETHONOL manufacturing units is essential .
