We are hiring a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a diversified group operating in Refractories & Chemical Manufacturing, based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
This is a strategic leadership role for a seasoned professional with strong experience in manufacturing operations, business growth, and P&L management, capable of scaling multi-plant industrial operations.
🎯 Candidate Profile:
- 20–30 years of experience in Manufacturing / Refractories / Chemicals
- 5–10 years in CXO / Business Head / COO roles
- Strong track record in operational turnaround & growth
- Experience managing multi-plant operations
- Engineering background (Mechanical / Chemical / Metallurgy) + MBA preferred
