We are hiring a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a leading and fast-growing Real Estate Developer based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned professional with strong experience in residential, township, and high-rise developments, who can drive business growth, project execution, and profitability.

🎯 Candidate Profile:

• 15–25 years of experience in Real Estate / Infrastructure
• 5–8 years in leadership roles (CEO / COO / Business Head)
• Proven track record in high-rise / township / luxury projects
• Strong exposure to Odisha market preferred
• Background in Civil Engineering / Architecture + MBA preferred
