Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role, located in Pune. The CEO will oversee all strategic, operational, and financial aspects of the organization, ensuring alignment with its mission and vision. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing business plans, driving organizational growth, managing finances, and overseeing operations to ensure efficiency. The CEO will collaborate closely with the leadership team, stakeholders, and members to promote the goals of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance and Operations Management
- Proven experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
- Track record of success in Sales and revenue generation
- Effective leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Previous experience in leading nonprofit or member-based organizations is a plus
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
