At Miror, we're on a mission to redefine how women experience midlife — especially during perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. This is a stage that affects every woman, bringing with it more than 50 physical and emotional symptoms that often go unaddressed or misunderstood. For too long, menopause has been surrounded by silence, stigma, and resignation.
Miror exists to change that — through science, technology, and empathy. We're building a FemTech ecosystem where women can access care, community, evidence-backed nutraceutical products, and credible information during one of the most transformative phases of life. Our mission is simple but bold: to make midlife a time to celebrate, not fear.
Our work so far
Over the last two years, Miror has become one of India's fastest-growing platforms for women's health and wellness. We've:
- Partnered with experts from the Indian Menopause Society, the Government of Karnataka, and the National Health Mission
- Built India's largest digital menopause care community, impacting over 80,000 women through online and offline initiatives
- Been featured in Forbes, The Guardian, Times of India, Business Standard, and YourStory
- Launched and scaled our technology platform — including the Miror app, Symptom Tracker, and a network of 100+ specialist doctors
- Built a growing line of expertly formulated nutraceutical supplements designed for women in midlife
- Launched industry-first programs: Tiara (India's first rewards program for women in midlife), the HRT Centre of Excellence, All About You, and Workplace with Miror
We're bootstrapped, revenue-generating, and growing on the strength of real users and real outcomes.
The opportunity
We're now entering our next phase of growth, and we're looking for an Operating CEO to run the company day-to-day alongside our Founder & Chairperson. The Founder will continue to drive long-term vision, brand, and ecosystem partnerships; you will own execution across the business — scaling our two core pillars of technology (app, digital platform, AI, care delivery) and nutraceuticals (formulation, manufacturing, supply chain, D2C commerce), alongside our services and community.
This is a mission-driven role that blends purpose, performance, and empathy — for a leader who knows how to operate a multi-product, bootstrapped business with discipline and ambition.
What you'll do
Run the business
- Own the company P&L, operating plan, and quarterly execution across tech, nutra, services, and community
- Drive sustainable, capital-efficient growth — we are bootstrapped and funded by revenue, not external capital
- Set and manage budgets, unit economics, and operating KPIs across all business lines
Scale the two core pillars
- Technology: partner with the CTPO to evolve the Miror app, digital platform, AI, and care delivery infrastructure into a category-defining FemTech product
- Nutraceuticals: own the supplements business end-to-end — product portfolio, R&D and formulation partnerships, manufacturing and supply chain, regulatory compliance (FSSAI, AYUSH, labelling), D2C commerce on shop.miror.in and marketplaces, and category expansion
Grow the ecosystem
- Scale our services business — the HRT Centre of Excellence, teleconsultations, the doctor network, and corporate programs like Workplace with Miror
- Deepen the community of 80,000+ women and convert engagement into lasting health outcomes and durable revenue
Build partnerships
- Forge partnerships with healthcare institutions, research bodies, retail and pharmacy chains, and global wellness organizations
- Represent Miror with media, policymakers, and the broader FemTech ecosystem
Lead the team
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team across product, engineering, nutra, marketing, operations, and clinical
- Set the culture for execution, empathy, and impact
What we're looking for
- Proven operating experience as a CEO, COO, or business head at a consumer healthtech, D2C, nutraceutical, wellness, or consumer-tech company
- Track record of running a multi-product business — ideally one that combines a digital/tech product with a physical product (supplements, FMCG, devices, or consumer health)
- Strong command of business strategy, operations, P&L management, and growth leadership in a bootstrapped or capital-efficient environment
- Deep understanding of women's health, healthcare ecosystems, or community-led consumer models
- Familiarity with the nutraceutical category in India — formulation, contract manufacturing, FSSAI/AYUSH compliance, D2C and marketplace dynamics
- Ability to partner closely with a Founder/Chairperson — owning execution while honouring vision
- Empathy, resilience, and the ability to translate purpose into measurable impact
