Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at KYRA PHOTON will provide overall strategic leadership, set long-term vision, and ensure sustainable growth across all business units. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for driving financial performance, overseeing operations, and aligning project development, EPC, manufacturing, asset ownership, and power trading activities with organizational goals. The CEO will lead business planning, build and maintain stakeholder relationships, and represent the company in key industry, regulatory, and investor forums. Daily responsibilities include guiding senior leadership teams, monitoring key performance indicators, managing risk, and making data-driven decisions to strengthen market position and international business development. The CEO will foster a culture of ethical conduct, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong Finance expertise, including budgeting, capital allocation, and financial risk management.
- Proven Operations Management and project oversight skills to lead complex, multi-site renewable energy activities.
- Demonstrated capability in Business Planning and Strategic Planning, with experience in scaling and diversifying businesses.
- Track record in Sales, business development, and partnership-building within energy or infrastructure sectors.
- Extensive leadership experience in senior executive roles, preferably in renewable energy or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with boards, investors, and regulators.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions, manage organizational change, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Knowledge of renewable energy markets, regulatory frameworks, and sustainability standards is highly beneficial.
