Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will be responsible for overall strategic leadership, operational management, and business growth. Key responsibilities include shaping and implementing the company’s long-term vision, overseeing financial and operational performance, driving business development efforts, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence. The CEO will also act as the face of the company, representing Juristo.AI to stakeholders, investors, clients, and the public.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance and Operations Management
- Proven ability in Strategic Planning and Business Planning
- Demonstrated success in Sales and driving business growth
- Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in technology-driven industries, LegalTech expertise is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
📍 Role: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
📍 Experience: 3–10 Years
📍 Location: India | Hybrid / Remote
💼 Compensation
• ₹60,000/month fixed (initial)
• 5% equity on joining
• Up to 10% additional sweat equity tied to performance & fundraising milestones
🎯 Total equity potential: Up to 15%

• Startup execution mindset with a bias for action
• Deep understanding of AI / SaaS / LegalTech
• Fundraising & investor communication experience
• Enterprise partnerships & revenue growth capability
• Ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Experience scaling operations in fast-growth environments
🎓 Preferred Background
Tier-0 / Tier-1 institutions strongly preferred:
IITs | IIMs | ISB | NLUs | BITS Pilani | IIITs | Ivy League
Entrepreneurial or high-impact ecosystem experience equally valued.
📈 12-Month Execution Roadmap (Jul 2026 – Jun 2027)
🔹 Q1 (Jul–Sep): Build operational structure, investor outreach, enterprise pipeline, leadership hiring
🔹 Q2 (Oct–Dec): Revenue activation, SaaS adoption, institutional on-boarding
🔹 Q3 (Jan–Mar): Scale operations, strategic fundraising, national partnerships
🔹 Q4 (Apr–Jun): National market positioning, enterprise growth stabilization, expansion execution
