Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer based in Lucknow. The CEO will oversee the company’s strategic direction, manage overall operations, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities include driving business growth, overseeing financial objectives, leading sales strategies, supervising key operations, and developing comprehensive business plans. The CEO will also work closely with board members and other stakeholders to ensure long-term organizational success.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance and Business Planning.
- Proven experience in Operations Management and Strategic Planning.
- Demonstrated track record in Sales leadership and business development.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing diverse teams and complex projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the construction industry or with similar organizational roles is a plus.
