Role Description
We are in search of CEO for Industrial Machinery Manufacturers, to lead India and International Operations and reporting to the Chair. This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi, India. The CEO will lead the strategic direction of the organization, oversee operational and financial management, and drive business growth. Responsibilities include spearheading business planning, overseeing operations, enhancing sales strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the company's overall success in line with its vision and mission.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance and Operations Management
- Demonstrated ability in Strategic Planning and Business Planning
- Proven track record in Sales and driving revenue growth
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
- Familiarity with networking within leadership and executive-level domains
- Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a leadership or C-suite position is highly desirable
