Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) located in Mumbai. The CEO will lead the organization in strategic decision-making, drive revenue growth, oversee operations management, and establish innovative business plans. Additionally, the CEO will represent the company with stakeholders, ensure financial stability, and steer the organization towards achieving long-term goals while cultivating a high-performing leadership team.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in BFSI / Fintech and the ability to manage budgets and ensure fiscal growth.
- Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to drive organizational goals and long-term success.
- Leadership capabilities in Sales and revenue generation, with a focus on market expansion.
- Exceptional decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire teams.
- Minimum of 05 years of senior leadership experience, with demonstrated results in a related industry.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
