We are in search for a leader who can lead the company to lead to the IPO in the next 3 year. The role is based in Chennai and requires the person to be onsite. The position reports to the Founder.

Role Description
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will oversee the strategic, financial, and operational direction of the company, driving growth and ensuring organizational success. The CEO is also responsible for ensuring financial health and sustainable business practices.
Qualifications
- Experience of managing Tech/Product Company
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage diverse teams.
- Executive-level leadership experience, with a track record of measurable success.
- Experience of delivering AI Products and implementation will be preferred
- An Engineering Degree is preferred.
