Role Description
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, operations, and overall success of the organization. This full-time, on-site role based in the Abroad involves providing visionary leadership to drive business growth, expanding market reach, and fostering a culture of innovation. The CEO will oversee financial management, develop and implement business plans, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness and profitability.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Finance and Financial Management to oversee budgets, financial forecasting, and ensuring fiscal responsibility
- Strong skills in Operations Management and Business Planning to drive operational excellence and create effective processes
- Experience in Sales, including developing strategies to expand client acquisition and meeting revenue targets
- Expertise in Strategic Planning to set long-term goals, identify new business opportunities, and guide organizational direction
- Proven leadership with exceptional decision-making and organizational skills
- Ability to build strong partnerships and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Industry experience in immigration services or consultancy is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
