We are looking for an experienced, hands-on CEO to lead the overall business, operations, growth and profitability of a Defence & Aerospace MSME.
Location: Peenya, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Industry: Defence Electronics | Power Electronics | Satellite Communication Components
Salary: ₹75,000–₹1,00,000 per month
Reporting To: Board of Directors
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development, sales growth and profitability.
- Develop relationships with Defence, DRDO, DPSUs, Government organisations and Defence companies.
- Lead Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Projects, Quality, Finance and HR functions.
- Manage customer orders from order receipt to delivery and payment collection.
- Identify new business opportunities, tenders, RFQs/RFPs and strategic partnerships.
- Strengthen processes, systems, team capabilities and operational efficiency.
- Develop long-term growth strategies and support new product/business development.
Candidate Profile:
- 20–30 years of relevant experience, preferably in Defence Electronics, Power Electronics, Aerospace, Satellite Communication or Electronics Manufacturing.
- Previous experience as CEO / COO / Business Head / Unit Head / GM / VP / Plant Head / Profit Centre Head preferred.
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, E&C, Instrumentation or related engineering discipline.
- Strong leadership, commercial, technical and customer-management skills.
- Experience handling an MSME/medium-sized technology or manufacturing organisation is an advantage.
