Role Overview
The Chief Executive Officer will provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership to the organization. The CEO will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, enhancing profitability (EBITDA focus), strengthening stakeholder relationships, and aligning closely with the promoters’ long-term vision.
This role requires a seasoned industry leader with strong financial acumen, operational excellence, and the ability to inspire high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
• Develop and execute long-term growth strategy aligned with promoters’ vision
• Identify expansion opportunities, partnerships, and new revenue streams
• Drive innovation within industrial food manufacturing and supply chain operations
Financial Stewardship
• Full ownership of P&L and Balance Sheet performance
• Drive EBITDA growth and margin improvement
• Ensure strong cash flow management and capital allocation
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Maintain disciplined cost control and operational efficiency
Operational Excellence
• Oversee manufacturing, procurement, quality, and distribution
• Improve productivity and supply chain efficiencies
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards
Stakeholder & Promoter Alignment
• Maintain strong relationships with promoters, investors, banks, vendors, and key customers
• Ensure transparency in reporting and governance
• Align leadership decisions with board expectations and shareholder value creation
People & Culture
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team
• Foster collaboration and a strong team-oriented culture
• Drive accountability and performance metrics across functions

Key Requirements
• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in industrial food manufacturing / FMCG / large-scale catering / food processing
• Proven track record of scaling businesses and driving EBITDA growth
• Strong expertise in P&L management, balance sheet oversight, and financial strategy
• Deep understanding of manufacturing economics and supply chain management
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
• High integrity, strategic thinking, and execution discipline
• Team-oriented leader who aligns effectively with promoters
