Role Description
This is a rare and significant leadership mandate. The CEO will be the apex business leader of the Group, partnering directly with the Founder/Promoter to define and execute a bold strategic agenda. The role demands a leader who can seamlessly blend visionary thinking with rigorous operational delivery — someone who brings a fresh perspective, transformational energy, and strong governance sensibility, with a strong grounding in Sales, Operations, and Business Management.
Experience & Background
• 15+ years of progressive experience at a Senior Leadership level in a large, complex, multi location organisation.
• Could be currently holding or have held roles such as CEO, COO, Business Head, VP, Senior Director, or equivalent — a younger, high-potential senior leader will also be considered.
• Hands-on experience managing businesses with ₹600 Cr+ revenue.
• Exposure to Pan-India operations with multi-city, multi-vertical complexity.
• Strong grounding in Sales, Operations, and P&L management is essential.
