Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with Mahadeva Group for an upcoming Automotive brand in C.G. The CEO will be responsible for developing and executing strategic goals, driving business growth in new and existing markets, overseeing sales , service financial and operational performance, and managing relationships with stakeholders. The CEO will work closely with department heads to ensure efficient operations, innovation, and adherence to the company’s vision.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Finance and Strategic Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to drive profitability and growth strategies
- Proven skills in Operations Management and Business Planning, ensuring efficient resource allocation and organizational effectiveness
- Excellent Sales and customer relationship management abilities to foster strong partnerships and optimize market reach
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills to inspire and manage cross-functional teams effectively
- Experience in the automotive or fintech sector is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage
