Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune Division for the role of Chief Engineer - Execution. The Chief Engineer will oversee and manage all aspects of project execution, including planning, supervising on-ground work, coordinating with teams, and ensuring timely and quality completion of projects. Responsibilities include implementing engineering designs, monitoring construction activities, liaising with vendors and contractors, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and execution abilities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
- Hands-on experience with construction methodologies, site supervision, and quality control
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, plans, and technical specifications
- Understanding of safety standards, legal regulations, and compliance in construction projects
- Strong teamwork, leadership skills, and ability to manage and coordinate between diverse teams
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and an ability to ensure timely delivery of projects under tight deadlines
- Proficiency with construction management software tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Relevant certifications or experience in project management and construction will be an added advantage
