CHIEF DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER

ICFAI Group is looking for an experienced and passionate Marketing Professional with an excellent

track record in ROI based Digital Marketing to lead the Digital Marketing journey of the constituents

of its group headquartered in Hyderabad.

Digital Marketing Success will be measured through two primary pillars:

Digital Branding and Digital Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The candidate should

  • Lead the creation, ownership, and execution of a transformative digital marketing strategy.
  • Develop omnichannel strategies (SEO, SEM, social, content, affiliate, email, mobile, etc.) for

various constituent entities and programs.

  • Lead brand positioning and growth initiatives across all digital channels with a view to enhancing

digital presence and branding significantly.

  • Design and execute a robust content marketing strategy that delivers clear, relevant, and

consistent content (blogs, videos, podcasts, etc) to attract, engage, and retain student & parents

interest.

  • Develop and scale organic growth strategies.
  • Optimize funnels using analytics, AI personalization, and A/B testing for ROI.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams to drive cost-efficient, measurable results.
  • Collaborate with Department Sales and Leadership to scale digital revenue in a competitive ed-

tech landscape.

  • Align and leverage relevant technologies from enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

The candidate must have

  • 15+ years in digital marketing operations and leadership roles, out of which at least 5 years

leadership experience in a large corporate or higher educational institution.

  • Expertise in digital marketing tools, techniques and platforms.
  • Strong skills in strategic thinking, innovation, and communication.
  • MBA or equivalent with proven leadership in culturally complex, multi-product and multi-entity

environments.
