Are you ready to take ownership of enterprise-wide credit strategy and shape the risk backbone of a growing financial institution?

This is a critical leadership role driving credit governance, portfolio quality, and sustainable growth—working directly with senior management to influence high-impact decisions.

🔎 What We’re Looking For:

✔15-18 years of experience in credit management within banking/financial services

✔Deep expertise in credit appraisal, underwriting, portfolio monitoring, and NPA management

✔Strong command over regulatory frameworks (RBI), risk governance, and compliance standards

✔Proven leadership managing Credit, RCU, and Collections & Recovery teams

✔Ability to drive strategic initiatives balancing growth, risk mitigation, and asset quality

✔Strong stakeholder management with exposure to senior leadership and board-level discussions

🎓Education: MBA / CA / CFA or equivalent qualification

⏳Notice Period: Senior-level flexibility (up to 90 days)

📍Location: Navi Mumbai (Seawoods)

👥Team handling: Direct oversight of Credit, RCU and Collections & Recovery
